Since its inception in the academic session 2017–19, our college has been committed to the mission of imparting quality teacher education. What began as a modest initiative has now grown into a trusted institution of academic excellence and professional training.
Overcoming challenges with determination, we have successfully reached out to a large section of society, shaping future educators and administrators who are contributing significantly across various fields. The popularity and credibility of our college stem from the dedication of our teachers, staff, and management—each of whom is a partner in this success story.
Academic Excellence
Every day begins with a prayer at 10:30 a.m., creating an atmosphere of discipline and harmony before academic activities commence. Regular classes are conducted from 10:45 AM to 5:00 PM with a structured curriculum for both B.Ed. and D.El.Ed programs. Our faculty members employ modern teaching methods and educational materials to ensure professional skill development among students. Continuous assessments and yearly tests are organized to sharpen academic talent.
In addition, special TET coaching classes are conducted to prepare aspiring teachers for government service examinations. Many of our alumni are now serving with distinction as teachers in government and private institutions. Others have successfully secured positions in administrative sectors such as School SI, Food & Supply Department, Customs Department, and more.
Research & Knowledge Sharing
In 2019, the college hosted a National Educational Seminar, which was a remarkable success. Building on that achievement, preparations are underway to organize another National-Level Seminar, aimed at fostering dialogue, innovation, and research in the field of education.
Experiential Learning
To complement classroom learning, the college organizes annual educational tours and subject-specific visits for students, especially in Social Science. These opportunities enrich their understanding and provide a realistic perspective on the application of knowledge.
Social Responsibility
Our students and faculty regularly engage in community welfare activities such as:
Academic Excellence
The college also observes significant national and cultural days such as Independence Day, Republic Day, Teachers’ Day, Swami Vivekananda Jayanti (12th January), Subhas Chandra Bose Jayanti (23rd January), International Mother Language Day, and Basanta Utsav. These celebrations foster unity, respect for heritage, and cultural awareness among students.
Looking Ahead
The journey that began in 2017 has transformed into a vibrant institution of learning and service. Our success is the collective achievement of teachers, staff, management, and students. With every passing year, we continue to evolve—committed to nurturing competent, ethical, and dedicated educators for the future.
