With limited resource at initial stage the Society under took and in-depth social survey work in an around Kanchrapara to ascertain the burning needs of the Society as well as the under privileged classes. On serious scrutiny and analysis of the survey report it has been revealed that common medial facilities in the poor and under privileged clusters are lagging behind. In order to redress the emergent needs medical facilities were extended to the most effected clusters with arrangements of blood supply to the need based families in case of emergency. This minimum services had created tremendous effect to the under privileged societies specially to the SC/ST/Minority communities. Being encouraged with public response and to extend its services at the grass-root level it was experienced that services of an ambulance is extremely needed to transport the ailing and critical patience to hospital and other Health centers. Accordingly an ambulance was received out of Generous donations from some well wishers of the Society in the year 2004 and similarly another ambulance was procured out of princely donations of some patrons and well wishers in the year 2008. As there was no such services available earlier the ambulance of Jugal Nath Memorial Society received substantial response from the patience parties in this localities. As on date the demand of the ambulance is very high and is engaged in service almost every day.

Apart from the above, the society also felt that there is highly need of extension of education to the common people both in Bengali and English medium from play group to above. As the demand of child education in scientific manner in Kanchrapara area is a positive demand to the middle and upper middle class society, due emphasis has been given to spread education service at the reasonable cost to the common people. Since inception of both wings Bengali and English medium demand for entry at the lower and upper classes has been substantially increasing owing to serious and scientific method of teachings implemented by the highly experience and expert teaching faculties. The main interesting feature of teaching technique is that the teachers mix up with the learners just like family members with deep maternal affection not by the threat and red eyes of high sounding words but with soft affection from core of heart which is hardly practiced in other junior kinder garden learning institute. There are plenty of playing apparatus for the babies which is apart of there learning as followed by modern scientific kinder garden high profile institutes.

Apart from the above, the society realized that the activities should not be confined in limited spheres but also to be expanded in professional fields. Accordingly in order to generate professional educated youths in the field of information technology, a separate wing of computer education was set up to update and upkeep the youths of the locality so that they make take entry in computer professional as a measure of their livelihood. As on date nearly 3000 no. of past out students from the society have established themselves in different organization and independently earning their livelihood. This is due to their high standard of computer education received from our society covering almost all the subjects of computer education with minimum learning cost and which is heavily levied by the reputed computer education organization at Calcutta, Bangalore and Hydrabad.
