Students had the opportunity to visit All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS, Kalyani), and a reputed multi-specialty hospital, where they explored:
• Various departments such as Microbiology, Pathology, Blood Bank, Biochemistry, Forensic department and Intensive Care Units (ICUs).
• Hospital administration and patient management systems
• Real-time clinical procedures under expert supervision
Outcome:
Students gained awareness about hospital operations, patient care protocols, medical equipment usage, and ethical healthcare practices.
Laboratory Visit
• Demonstrations of advanced testing equipment and safety protocols
• Exposure to chemical, microbiological, and biotechnological lab setups
